We accept payment by Check, Venmo or PayPal Friends & Family.
(If using a Credit Card, processing fees will be added to final payment.)
- We require appropriate payment within 7 days of Rental Agreement link being sent out.
- We require all Agreements be signed within 72 hours of Rental Agreement link being emailed.
- Your first payment is 50% of your total rental rate.
- The final payment is due 45 days prior to check-in date.

PLEASE purchase as it protects the huge investment you have made to take a vacation. We do not offer refunds for any reason but we will attempt to re-book your stay and will refund accordingly as per the Rental Agreement Terms.
