Houfy is FREE for you to use and there are no admin fees but you may need to create an account to view.
Payment by check, Venmo, or PayPal Friends & Family is preferred.
Credit Card or other means which incur processing fees will be added to final payment.

- .We require agreed upon payment within 7 days of Rental Agreement link being sent out.
- We require all Agreements be signed within 72 hours of Rental Agreement link being emailed.
- Your first payment is 50% of your total rental rate.
- The final payment is due 45 days prior to check-in date.

As we are not authorized agents, we are unable to offer trip/travel insurance. You have a plethora of options and price ranges. You can visit insuremytrip.com to compare policies and prices. PLEASE purchase as it protects the huge investment you have made to take a vacation. We do not offer refunds for any reason but we will attempt to re-book your stay and will refund accordingly as per the Rental Agreement Terms.
